Fitness Gear 101's Workout Log
A workout log is simply a place to keep track of your daily workout sessions and daily progress. The information I record on each of my workout logs would include:
- Today's date
- The workout planned is it a lower body, upper body or cardio workout?
- Start time
- End time

- Total time it took to complete the entire workout
- What exercises I performed
- Muscle targeted during that exercise
- What weight I used for each set of the exercise
- How many sets I completed
- How many reps I planned to complete
- How many reps I actually performed
