The #1 Reason People Can't Lose Weight Or Keep It Off!

Cravings! Yes Cravings. Anyone can work out everday and walk till their blue in the face. Weight Loss needs to happen . It won't if you can't control your cravings. Why? Because people eat foods that create more cravings. I myslef have had that same problem ruin my weight loss. http://devoted.to/hoodiagordonii has been a heaven sent. I've lost 41 lbs and have ended the cravings. Just read theinfo and check out the resources. It's the only thing thats real. NO AMOUNT OF EXERCISE WILL HELP IF YOU CRAVE THE WRONG AMOUNT OF FOODS.

    Hello there !Big Smile

I agree with you that cravings interfere with good eating habits.  However, I noticed that sugar is mostly at fault and by simply cutting suger from our diet will definitely help stiking to it.  That's my experience anyway.  Good luck !Smile

Isn't part of the problem with sweets cravings the fact that most people are missing opportunities to enjoy fresh fruits? It's hard to beat the sensation of biting down into a nectarine or plum, but many of us tend to be much too occasional in our fruit consumption.

Candy bar wrappers are very enticing, but the second and third bite tend to disappoint, because they're often too sweet to hold our interest. I cannot recall ever having that problem with a ripe melon or orange.

    Just a thought.

yeah I agree, one of the things that have helped me lose weight was replacing much of my food with sugar free products.  That and fat free products, it really cuts down on the amoung of calories.  You just have to get used to the taste. but by now, most other foods are much too sweet for me.  and I wonder just what kind of chemicals they are putting in foods today that make them so addicting, I mean you dont' see alot of people who are addicted to fruits or vegetables :p

For me, the number one reason is motivation; I wanted to work in law enforcement, look good, and be more healthy, then it changing my habits and overcoming my emotional issues with food came next.  I think people get too comfortable with their lifestyles and bad habits and have no good enough reason to change or lose weight, so they don't.  And others are in denial, and I know all about that, I was in it for a while too :p  they don't realize just how much they are eating, and how bad of a lifestyle they are in.  They think they are eating like everyone else, but they really aren't because they are not paying attention to the amount of calories they are consuming, and are eating mindlessly.  I didn't realize how overweight I was till I saw a picture of myself at my heaviest weight, and that became another motivational factor for me :s When I started paying attention to everything I put in my mouth I started to realize just how much I was really eating that contributed to my obesity.  Some foods may be pretty small in portions, but pack alot of calories into them, you just have to be more selective about what you eat and how much of it you eat.

forgot to add that hoodia doesn't work after a while, it may at first, but in the long run, figuring out how to curve those cravings, and moderation with them is what is more effective.  I tried the pills at first too, but you also have to worry about adverse affects on your heart and overall health.  With men, it's easier to lose weight, so changing one bad habit may work for them, but for women, we need a litte more effort, and it sucks, so pills aren't always going to help us.  I know a couple of friends who are on diet pills, prescription ones btw, and they have lost weight, but you might as well just give them crack, because it's basically the same thing.  Yeah, it will help you lose the weight, but are you going to keep it off?
